Job Title: L1 Hardware Engineer – Refurbishment (Fresher Level)
• Perform basic testing of laptops, desktops, and workstations
• Assist in cleaning, part replacement, and cosmetic refurbishment
• Install operating systems, drivers, and basic software
• Follow standard diagnostic checklists and SOPs
• Label, pack, and prepare systems for dispatch
• Maintain repair and testing records

Job Title: L2 Hardware Engineer – Refurbishment (Experienced Level)
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, and workstations
• Replace components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboards, screens, batteries
• Perform BIOS configuration and firmware updates
• Run burn-in and stress tests to ensure system stability
• Handle data wiping and OS imaging processes
• Guide L1 engineers and ensure quality standards
Skills Required
• Strong understanding of laptop and desktop architecture
• Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and OS deployment
• Ability to work with diagnostic tools
Eligibility
• Diploma / Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant hardware repair experience
